With a Psalmist style, Naomi Joy graces audiences with instrumental music as a saxophonist and vocalist. Naomi’s true joy is singing and performing instrumental music, performing instrumental worship, gospel, jazz and contemporary music.

As a child, Naomi Joy began playing gospel music in local churches and performing music throughout her education in public schools. She excelled in her study of music, student leadership, and academia which led to multiple scholarship offers.

Today Naomi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Education, is a current student with the University of Florida’s master’s degree program, and teaches instrumental concert and jazz music as an Orange County Public Schools Band Director.

Naomi Joy has played for local ministries in the Orlando, Florida area to include World Outreach Center-Benny Hinn Ministries, Faith World-Clint Brown, Church in the Son-Alex Clattenburg, as well as many other ministries, special events, and recordings.

Naomi Joy most recently performed at the 2017 Orlando Jazz Festival at the Dr. Phillips Performing Arts Center and looks forward to participating in many more jazz festivals.

In addition to teaching instrumental concert and jazz music to a band program of 150+ students per year, Naomi Joy also leads her own band of professional musicians in local performances in the Orlando, Florida area.

Naomi Joy is available for music ministry, entertainment, recordings, solo accompaniment, weddings, funerals, and special events as a solo artist or with full band.
